What We Hear From Families
Chang Yu-Fen
Da'an District, Taipei
My mother was becoming more withdrawn after my father passed. We enrolled her in the Social Engagement Visits and within a few weeks she was mentioning her companion by name. The reports after each visit helped us understand what she was actually doing and how she was feeling. That visibility really mattered to us as a family.

Lin Hung-Wei
Xinyi District, Taipei
We live in Singapore and managing my father's hospital appointments in Taipei was genuinely stressful. Tidalgrove's Medical Appointment service removed that burden completely. They organised everything, accompanied him, and sent us a clear summary of what the doctor said. I only wish we had found this earlier.
January 2026 · Medical Appointment Management
Wu Shu-Mei
Zhongzheng District, Taipei
We enrolled my grandmother in the All-Inclusive Wellness Program after her fall last year. The care manager is thoughtful and genuinely knows her preferences by now. The monthly family review calls are something I look forward to — it is rare to have a service provider who actually listens to what the family observes.
March 2026 · All-Inclusive Wellness Program
Chen Jui-Liang
Songshan District, Taipei
My father is not always easy — he can be stubborn and reluctant to accept help. The companion Tidalgrove assigned found a way to build trust with him over a few visits. I noticed the reports started mentioning more participation and conversation. The approach works, even for someone resistant to outside help.
February 2026 · Social Engagement Visits
Huang Pei-Ching
Zhongshan District, Taipei
The companion assigned to my mother is consistent, patient, and genuinely interested in her stories. My mother has early-stage dementia and the structured activities seem to help her stay engaged. We have been with Tidalgrove for seven months now and the service has remained reliable throughout.
January 2026 · Social Engagement Visits
Tsai Kuo-Hua
Xinyi District, Taipei
We started with Medical Appointment Management for my father's monthly cardiology check-ups. After a few months we added the Social Engagement Visits. The transition was handled well — same team, no starting from scratch. Tidalgrove's ability to grow with our needs made the whole process much easier.

A Closer Look at How Our Programs Work
These three summaries illustrate how families approached their care decisions and what outcomes they saw.
The Situation
Widow in Xinyi District, 78 Years Old
Following the loss of her husband, an elderly woman began declining activities and spending most of her day alone in her apartment. Her adult children, working full-time, were concerned about her social withdrawal.
What We Did
Twice-weekly Social Engagement Visits were arranged. The assigned companion — herself an avid reader — began with shared reading sessions, then gradually introduced board games and guided conversations about the client's earlier life and travels.
What Changed
Over eight weeks, family members noted noticeably more engagement during their own visits. The client began preparing questions to ask her companion. The family extended visits to three times per week.
Timeline: 8 weeks · 2–3 visits/week
The Situation
Retired Professional, 82, Complex Medical Schedule
An elderly man with diabetes and a recent cardiac procedure had multiple specialist appointments each month. His only child lived overseas and could not manage the logistics remotely with confidence.
What We Did
Medical Appointment Management was set up for all specialist visits. Tidalgrove's care coordinator maintained a shared appointment calendar, arranged transport, attended each consultation, and provided a written summary to the family after each visit.
What Changed
Follow-up instructions were consistently acted on, medication records became current, and the family reported a significant reduction in the anxiety of managing his care from Singapore. No appointment was missed in a six-month period.
Timeline: Ongoing · 2–4 visits/month
The Situation
Elderly Couple, 84 and 81, Dual Care Needs
A married couple wished to remain in their home. The husband had mobility limitations; the wife managed most tasks but was showing early signs of fatigue. Their children were concerned about sustainability.
What We Did
The All-Inclusive Wellness Program was introduced, structured around both individuals. Daily care tasks, meal preparation, accompanied outings, and social engagement were distributed across a weekly schedule, with a single dedicated care manager coordinating everything.
What Changed
Both clients remained in their home for over a year following the program start. Monthly family reviews allowed the plan to adjust as the husband's mobility declined. The couple maintained their routines with meaningful independence intact.
Timeline: 14 months ongoing · Daily programme
